Those tools changes the fps of the videos.
For example if you record a clip with 4fps you can convert the vid and you'll get 25fps or more, just imagine the slowmotions you can do and how all your videos will look.
MotionPerfect is changing the fps of the vid without changing the speed, SlowMotion is making the vid how slow you want without affecting the vid's current fps, SteadyHand is removing the shake of the vids filmed with the video camera (probably useless for stunting vids).

I think a smoother video will show the modding better more than hidding it
Just tried to render a 60fps vid, imo it makes stunts look very stupid and fake, 30fps should be the best choice for a normal vid
