I can run it easily

You can easily get a pc that hits those requirments for very cheap today, $600-$700 will play it on full...

Processor: Intel Quad-core 2.4 GHz
Ram: 8 GB DDR2
Harddrive: 700GB
Graphics Card: G-force 9600 GT (512mb DDR3)
OS: 64bit Windows Vista Ultimate

Not it's not. The 360 version is about 7GB and the PS3 version is around 11GB.

Stop speculating... personally I think 18GB is ok if it has like 5 or 6 texture stages, but I would say most of them are compressed and you won't need that much space

Here are some small things:

CPU: QX9770 OC'd to 4.3GHz(Super water cooling)
RAM: 4GB DDR2 1200MHz
GPU: HD 4870 X2(I have 2 of these, but took one out because of drivers)
HDD: WD 200GB X2 + 1TB Hard Drive
Screen res: 2560x1600 + a smaller 1920x1200

Hopefully I'll be able to run this game.
