Hard Drive: 18GB free hard disk space
Video Card: 512MB Direct3D 10 compatible video card or Direct3D 9 card compatible with Shader

NOTE: These are NOT the MINIMUM system requirements. They are just the *recommended* system requirements for GTA IV to be played on decent settings with a decent fps.

I read it on games for windows siteweb some hours ago.

It look crazy 18gb. No information about ghz for the cpu

As long as you have a Core 2 Duo, you should be fine. Besides, the processing power doesn't become that important as long as you have a dual core, and even better if you have a quad core (assuming GTA IV will support multi-core systems). What really matters is your GPU.

I'm gonna buy a new PC soon and i'm a total newbie for computer talk but can i ask if it will run ot these recuiraments (i'm pretty sure it will but just to make sure)
processor AMD Althlon 64 X2 5600+ (2.8 GHz)
3GB RAM ddr2/800mhZ

Yeah, but I wouldn't recommend that video card...from what I've researched, its fairly mediocre.

that PC is on sale now, so i have no choise, it's either this card and i'm gonna pay few money for the PC,or.... i have to wait a coupple of months for a PC that i will choose the components.....it will still run properly right?

It probably would, but you'll want to be upgrading that card straight away for sure if you want to get decent quality.
