You gotta give it to him that he knows how the games are built pretty well, just look at the new sky mod he made.
He might be right but i'd like to see videos where Frame Limiter was kept on for the sake of tradition.

stunting isn't a competition. you know what all? how about you go to your little hut in your little village. and you stunt fl off and you make a video. and you post it in the un-modded section. and neo moves it to the modded section. then we flame you. then you attempt to flame us yet fail epically. then we all have a good laugh over a glass of lemonade. how's that sond? doe that make you happy? everyone wins! :cool:

i care, because new members when they make videos, they use fl off in vc, and when they post videos people say that bad, i dislike it, it make me crazy, that's stupid thing what i ever heard, anyway stunters must make choose or stunt only with fl on in both game, or say fl off in vice city it is good, and have no dofferents with sa, other things is stupid, i'm know thinking what will be with GTA IV on PC

And who are you to decide that? Stunters have been doing it their own way for five years, just because you are telling them to change, it doesn't mean they're going to.

Stunting will eventually evolve to the point where a changeover is necessary, and this will be a gradual process happening over time. Its not a case of saying 'stunt only with fl off in both game', that wont make people do it. This time isn't here yet, but when it arrives we'll be sure to let you know.

Bottom line is that they are two separate games. Some aspects may be similar, and some aspects may be different. In the case of FL-off/FL-on, they are different.

I support FL Off and On in both games. I support modding in both games. I support 640x800 and 1600x1200 in both games. You stunt in whatever style you use, and I'll stunt with whatever I style I use. A community should not be divided on stupid things like that. When you scratch everything off at the end, We are stunters, nothing more, nothing less.

And these guidelines set up a fair and impartial system which provides a way for any stunter (who wishes to) to have a chance to get a record.

Any serious discussion about SA is irrelevant here, as this is a set of guidelines for Vice City only.
Any serious discussion about Modded/Unmodded videos is irrelevant here, because this has nothing to do with stunt videos.
