That's an issue of the SA stunters. I don't really care much about SA stuff, so I won't stick my nose in their business, but I do care about VC. And besides, there's a difference, SA is a lot more demanding than VC is, some people just can't play the game without having the framelimiter off.

All, FL Off in SA does not make anywhere as much of a differnce as it does for VC. Hell of alot of SA stunters these days know that theres no difference between 80fps to say 300 in SA. Where as VC has shown alot noticable difference. There different games, just because thier both GTA's doesnt mean the same rules should apply.
