Anyways, Installing it right now. I think it will be same story as Vista. Developers told : "hey! This gota pwn, this will be cool, bla bla bla". And when it's released, people tell : "It's pure shit!" However, will try. maybe this will really pwn.

Edit : Installed, testing right now. I will come up with a big review a bit later.

Its actually running very smooth and efficient for me.
The only downside I have is that when you scroll down/up a page it seems to do it in blocks unlike other browsers where its nice and smooth. But that's not much of a problem. Built in spell checker is great too

Pretty impressive. Speed and feature-wise it's not much better than Opera, but I like the layout more so I guess I'll keep using Chrome for now. If Chrome doesn't have as many/any of the compatibility issues that Opera has, I'm sold.

Open-source is of course also a plus. Waiting for the Linux version now...

Exactly. I am using Opera for a few years now, and I feel that I am going to switch to Chrome. It works smooth and fast, but as Ghost has said it's the "block scrolling" there. But that's not a big deal.

- "block scrolling" gets pretty annoying, but that's not a big deal

- lack of status bar (like "5% of page loaded or just a filling bar like in IE") is very bad for me, but I hope they will fix it. If not, it's an open-source browser and I will make that bar myself and share with everyone

- I personally like that thing when you start typing an address it automatically offers you some websites. It's comfortable if you remember only that beginning of and URL.

- I'd like to have more hotkeys there

- the worst thing for me is the lack of options. There's only some options, but I am used to shit load of them in Opera. I think they will make more ones in next version (at least I hope)

- built-in spellchecker is cool (right now it highlights the word "spellchecker" with red colour "lol")

Agreed, it's a bit lacking in customization. The emphasis seems to be more on ease of use. I'm also hoping they'll implement more advanced options in the coming versions (tab preferences, homepage customization, smooth scrolling etc.). For now there's not a whole lot of things the user can adjust, but I'm sure at least part of it is because this is still beta.

- Yeah, and some custom skins. I don't like the default one too much. I'd like to make one for myself, like I did in Opera. Also I'm missing a menu at the top of the window. Tabs are at the very top of the windows and it's not comfortable to look on them if you have a big monitor. You need to move your eyes far away from the page, instead of just looking at the tabs, bars and menus like in Opera. Chrome is like semi-fullscreen browser because there's Start bar left at the bottom.

However, I am really looking forward to see the Linux version of Chrome.

- I like that when I point a link with mouse it shows me where the link goes in a pop-up bar the down-left corner (however, one more lack of customization : I would like to move that bar to upper-left)

- when you drag the tabs left or right it swaps places with other tabs in a very cool and smooth way

- YouTube : if I start to drag that red circle in the timeline it restarts the video from the very beginning. Very annoying.

- JS console is much better that in Firefox (in FF that console was crap)

- process manager is awesome. For example I can kill all Flash or JavaScript processes on the page
