Opera bug

My Opera doesn't view Flash plugins anymore. I reinstalled Flash 10x times, but it doesn't seem to work. It works in IE, FF, Safari but not in Opera. Even YT doesn't want to show the vids. No erroers (I tried to emulate some), no stuff. Just those "You need to update you Flash Player" (which i did many times).

Anyone help please?
