How you do this is a complete mystery to me. Looks very cool though and that last line was great.

They throw grenades and get boosted by the explosions. Because of SA's shitty replay function, this isn't shown very well. That's also why the name of the first video in the series was called "Imagine", simply because the viewer has to imagine the grenade being thrown and detonated.
