i'am getting this stream read error everytime, when i try to replace an file in vicetxd o___O

can someone help ?

Change it to PNG.

Open it in paint, copy the whole image, create a new paint document, and paste the skin in. Then save it as a different name and import into txd workshop or whatever you're using.

Or just paint something on it and press CTRL+Z for removing the last step. It works like this, too.
