VISTA FTW !

Actually, Vista was a total flop. They made it just to get more money and XP off the markets. Why? Because when the Windows 7 comes out, everyone needs to buy it to play the latest games or such. Or they can stay with XP, since Vista was just a "beta -version" of the Windows 7. Which is also called Windows Vienna. Do I need to say more?

Dun care about this anymore.

I got XP back and I don't plan on dual booting it anytime soon, like I thought I was going to.

I started using Vista Ultimate ed. out of boredom, and curiousity. To be honest, it isn't that bad at all. For a normal user (I geuss I am a pretty everage user) it doesn't have really big down sides. Everything works, and it looks pretty cool. Why is everyone hating on it anyways? Cause you have to disable some stupid notifications? I don't get the fuss cause it works fine for me.

It didn't work fine for me. =/

Little to NONE of my games worked, plus I got memory full errors when I had firefox + winamp + msn open. Now I can have firefox + winamp + msn + GUNZ and not get a damn thing.

How much RAM you got? Because Vista needs atleast 2GB's of RAM to work properly.

As firefly said, Ubuntu is VERY easy to work with.

Linux = sex
Vista = masturbating to a dead dog

Programmers working (not anymore obviously) for microsoft said Vista's code is such a bloody mess, that even they don't understand it anymore. No wonder it's as buggy as it is.

At first, I said fuck Linux.

I would only use Linux if I would start coding etc. Linux is atm not the chooise for gamers.

Vista sucks cock, seriosly. I mean 2 gb to even be able to run it, give me a break.
Vista was: Hurried, programmed very badly, uses way to much ram to run, attempt to make more money for Microsoft, fail and the suckiest os ever.

Here is an fool proof chooise for a gamer that also programs.

Windows Xp and some form of Linux OS.

Vista and mac can go to hell.

Mac is only nice to do multimedia stuff, the rest it stinks for thanks to Mr omfg no one is allowed to make hardware for mac erection rules...

No virus for macs? Of course, because no one will bother making one, as mac is the most useless of all 3.

Actually, Mac got many security holes, but the Apple company shuts it's mouth because they don't want to ruin thier "Lol we got no virus for mac" policy.

I mean wtf, it's incredible that Apple could even allow windows to be booted on a mac.

So, I like Windows for gaming and Linux for hacking/programming.

That was like reading a spastic trying to convince himself or herself that their OS is the best. Used Vista Ultimate 64-bit with Service pack one for about a month or two now and really I have had no problems with it yet and I was also one of those people that said XP was the best and I would never use any other type of OS.
