Dunno if this has been mentioned yet...some replays look kinda weird in the sense of how they're positioned, like they are below the stunter rather than level with the stunter like it usually is for non-cinematic replays. There were a fair few clever differences in terms of how the stunts were shown.

One of the awesome features of Freeplay.

Where is it possible to get 'Freeplay' and who made it?
This editing was the best I've ever seen O_o I forgot to told it before. I don't really think that there can be a video in this year (or even in the next) that could beat this =/
I must fucking congratz to all of you.

Thanks man

Freeplay like the ultmate scm, was made by Dannye.
I believe that Dannye is still perfecting the tool but i'm sure he'll want to share the amazing add on at some point.

Well first off i gotta say i liked it a lot.
The stunts was everything from average to insane, Sam's airport grind for example... how the were you able to complete that long one with a car.
The majority of them were good, those who looked average-difficult to perform were mostly pretty creative so i didn't mind that.
I enjoyed the editing, i will say i think you got it easy as you got to use Dannye's new tool which gave you a head-start when it comes to using that in new ways for syncing purposes and such so yeah i think you had an advantage there but you used it very well... so well there's probably not much left for the rest of us to do
It's probably not a bomb that it's not my genre of music, that aside i think you were able to pick a solid soundtrack that created a good and consistent mood throughout the whole video, each song fit the other ones perfectly which you deserve a lot of praise for.

With this i'm going to say now, i might seem a little arrogant but please don't try to correct me or start a argument about it here... just think off me as ignorant and leave it at that.
It might be a faulty observation but i mentioned earlier that some of the stunts seemed easier than you'd think from reading the comments.
It's a well known fact that these videos are rare, which makes them very easy to notice and they kinda stand out as there's way less stunters that does these types of stunts rather than PSM's, BSM's, P2B's utilizing RADs method which makes it easier for you to get a good rating on the video than stunts with the same difficulty but old methods you see in most videos.
Not that this seems to be your goal when you make these videos, looks more like a bonus to me which is great, all i'm saying is that these kinda videos has in my opinion a tendency to get a little overrated due to the none-existing competition in this direction.

Again please do not take this as a arrogant rant, like i said i enjoyed the video a whole and reminded that there's more to stunting than most of us seem to remember.
I hope this video inspires more people to pick on this type of stunting to add more variety to videos and urge people to push some limits when it comes to this type of stunting... i think you have opened some of the members here's eyes to new possibilities, kinda like Off Duty once did.
You guys are pioneers, you've shown us high how we can go, now you've shown what we can do with other vehicles.
All in all, i think this wrote the beginning of a new chapter for stunting and you've inspired many of us here to write the rest of it.
Thank you.

Noope, doesn't seem so. Not suprised, we've had some problems with the renders a lot already...

Regular renders > Gold digging renders

Took too long to realize, man

That gave such a great feeling to the video, like those big zoomings, did you use the Freeplay, like in Brulla's huge bridge grind and those big zoomings at some parts?

Hmm Daffy, although i understand your views on the "overratedness", videos like this are a risk. I find myself criticised often because i like to try different things. Often even the black sheep of a video (In a bad way). Making a whole video which is a black sheep does not garentee success. i think this video is successful because it is different yes, but also because people are used to doing all those bike stunts and the realms of car stunts are less explored. ive taken a few steps in car/boat/plane stunting but it is still a very foreign area of VC. It takes a lot of time, patience and trials to get amazing stunts in this domain. I believe it takes much more time and patience than flying a bike over a 300 foot (i dono how ridiculously far they do today) gap.

First you need to see the stunt which is thinking completely outside the box. Not only that but you have to do it many times to fill a video and at the end, that can become challenging as thinking outside the box itself is difficult.
Then you need to execute the stunt and thats also exploring unfamiliar grounds. i can drive a pizzaboy through traffic with my eyes closed (exaggeration here) but i could never do that with a different car. What i mean here is that, we can mostly all handle a PCJ as if it was second nature. We know how it will react to bumps, speed, everything. We understand the physics of it. Its like riding a bike in real, once you know how to do it, it feels natural. Same with PCJs. Now its not the same story with cars and planes and boats. These are things we use much less in VC and thus sometimes it can be a little awkward and different. This means we not only need to try to do the stunt but also understand the handling and how the car reacts in order to use it. We need to learn to use it before using it.

Stunting outside the box like this was popular because its hard and people reconize this. People understand what it takes to execute stunts like this, let alone a whole video full of them. Usually you see a few variety stunts in videos but never many because they are different and we tend to think its hard to do a lot of different.

So i would dissagree, it is not overrated because of lack of competition. it is liked because it is difficult to make a video of the likes and that is why there is no competition. if something is truly difficult then I can't claim it to be overrated.

I don't want to argue but give my opinion...

Any typos is 3:10 AMs fault

I agree with you MadMax, i wasn't speaking from a creative perspective but rather a technical perspective thinking about how it would've been if these kinds of stunts were more usual than they currently are, so you gotta keep that in mind when you read my post

If these stunts were usual then the term "new" wouldn't exist =P We could always use that argument when a new method is used to get to new levels and its all over a video. People think its epic because its new and not usual. It then becomes the building blocks of something more and more usage, but even today as we look back at Decans video, we still think its epic because it was an essential building block.

Thank you for your comments and lengthy reply though =)
