I'm no expert either, but it strikes me as a power supply problem. Only way of testing really is to buy a new 260W (or higher) box and see if that corrects the problem.
Happened to me to storm, just get someone's pwr supply you know and plug it in and see if it'll run. Mine did that and ran for like 6 months. Then my motherboard failed... -_-
Hmm . I had the same problem . Try to unplug your monitor wait 10/20 secs. Maybe helps . Didn't help to me actually . Then the IT dood came with some big wire . He changed it . It was plugged in my DVD ROM . And it worked again . Maybe it was beacause of my new DVD ROM.
same thing happened to me, was a corrupted stick of ram.
