Objective : you need to tune the given stock car. You must make a big bodykit for it. All the rest do how you like it.

But that's just an color change, and shadows turned to blue neons

It's not just a color change. I also made all the bumbers (front, side and rear) into bigger ones. And I made the neon completely myself. So the orginal shadow is still there. You can check the .PSD if you want to. But I'm sure that Paxton makes alot better one than I do.
