EDIT: Shit sucks. It's just the same road tiled over and over again, and it's not even converted from Carbon (which I knew it wouldn't be anyway). It also seems to be clashing with some other map mods I've got installed, so I'm not gonna bother fixing the problem to make a video?

And guess what? I was right, you did not make this mod.

HOW TO INSTALL:

replace gta.dat in gtasanandreas/data and canyon in gtasanandreas/data/maps

after that open img tool, open gta3.img ( with imgtool) and search for : billbrd01_lan2.txd, after that
replace it with billbrd01_lan2.txd from my folder wink.gif

rebuild archive and have fun

This is the second person I've caught out for GTAS. First was STRIKER, who was perma-banned because I caught him trying to pose as Southern Finest, and now we should expect the same for DeadFire.
