Kinda, when i started trying i used to either bump by leaning forward or back depending on where i drove up on the ramp but after a while i had a revelation and figured "why don't i do both" so i leaned back on the bottom of the ramp to get a little air off it and then bump the rail by leaning forward to get a bump with some distance forward and yet the height i need.
If you check the rep, you can see i got the height almost every bump using that technique

GangstaG: Great precision. Tank bumps are bloody hard with NRGs in SA so getting the height from it to the precision was great.
Daffy: Great precision. Looks a tricky angle and bump but it was performed very well.

My vote goes to Daffy. This was a very close round and the only way I could decide was that Daffy reached the higher part of the pylon.
