No the reason I think Daffy has a bigger shot at crazy shit like this is because he is very dedicated and has the time for it as far as I know.
Saying that, I wasn't honest either, I know many people could pull this if they put their mind to it (Barney f.ex)

you can barley grind the second one due to that ramp thingy. Ive grinded and bailed the top one from a BSM from the other direction, pole bump though, that would be sick.

Everyone can land every stunt, you just have to pick some experience an llsthen spend time with it...
I think that yes, Barney, Daffy etc. has skills, but not they are the only one that could land a hard stunts.
