i created a patch to increase the frame limiter from the default 25 FPS to 40 FPS.
Includes a backup option

i stunt with about 80-100fps aswell...

There should be a rule for stunting like "Stunts are unmodded if they're performed with constantly 30fps."

I got 25fps on 646.. ah the lowest resolution
Cliping stunts on morbids resolution on 5fps max.

There's probably multiple ways, but one is to use a program called "3D Analyse".
If you check out the topic/section "GTA Mods for VC, LC, SA" you'll find a download link for it.
