1. - Will it count if someone will be shooting at me?
2. - Does tank is a weapon?

Well to be honest I wouldn't vote on either of those kind of stunts. I doubt that the ped shooting you wouldn't really be a part of the stunt either. As for the tank...don't really see that as a weapon.

That's right. You can always land something.

Use a grenade or perform a drive-by during a stunt or something, it's not that tough.
