So, I finally got around to RMA'ing my old 7950 GT 256 MB, and today I got an 8800 GTS 320 MB

It was a huge improvement over my 7950 GT, and I get around 12k 3dmarks now

I also took off the crappy factory TIM and replaced it with some AS5, so here are the pics:

BFG GeForce 8800 GTS 320 MB:

Posted that on Overclock.net a little bit earlier today, so I thought I might as well post it here too...

I might also get another for SLI because I know a guy that's selling one of his for really cheap.

.... And yes, I'm serious >.> I wouldn't ask if I was rich or had a job.

So what you're saying is because it's new you should buy it?

I have one word for not getting the latest and greatest hardware and that is price.

I myself could've bought 9800, could've bought two when I was upgrading my computer but why would I spend a bit more money when I got two of the BFG 8800 GTS 512MB OC and a 700W power supply for the single price of one 9800. I only use one of my cards at the moment and I run every game to date at max. I don't see me needing the second card yet for a long time, so I put it in my dads computer. To be honest it's a waste of money buying a 9800 at the moment as a cheaper card runs all the games necessary and probably does a similar job. Don't always need to go for the latest and most expensive stuff to get the best out of a computer because sooner or later there will be even more expensive and more powerful hardware being released.
