StormLexer's Weather Config

Help me help you:
I would like to know your opinions on the following questions, to help better the mod.

Q: When nightfall comes, would you like the draw distance to be lowered, so you can't see buildings from extreamly far away.

Q: Would you like "Stormy" to be hard rain with lots of wind on the trees, ect? ( There will still be normal "rain", just so you know. )

Q: When it's sunny, would you want the draw distance encreased more or left normal?

Q: What else do you think would be good?

Things i'm using:
VC.Config Weather
Data Tool for Timecyc editing
Partical.txd modification

Thanks. This mod will prolly take a while and i'm willing to have people help me if anyone wants to help.
