Means that you have to perform a stunt including rocks, I guess?
Anyway, good luck Looker.

Well, exact definition was:

A portion of bedrock or other stratum protruding through the soil level.

Now, the rocks at sea are not exactly 'soil level' I think so won't count. Basically, ofthemountain came up with this bastarding challenge so we'll make that crazy little bastard explain precisely what he is expecting of you two.

You mean, the run-up starts at the soil?

Guys, me and Brulla are both kinda confused. To me it means bumpy rocks on ground level  not at sea.

In short, a bumpy run-up? Maybe

Well, it'll INVOLVE a rocky outcrop, you can do whatever you want to it. I advise waiting until that sick freak ofthemountain explains clearly what he means, he did come up with this challenge after all.

Some examples of rocky outcrops:

There are of course others scattered around. Involve them in the stunt. The more innovative way you use them the better!

You really shouldn't give extensions if member doesn't even bother to tell why.
Unless your dog ate your motherboard or something similar, the problem is in user, not in computer.
