Cause Scottish ppl are stupid. They don't have it cause they say that 13 brings bad luck. They don't even have 13th floor as far as I know...

It's not only Scotland, I know streets near my house which don't have a 13th house, the door number just skips to 14.

Some people do take superstitions very seriously - Friday 13th, black cats, stepping on cracks, walking under ladders, breaking mirrors etc. All quirks of life. The number 13 does feature a fair bit though in Scotland, I've never heard of any floors without a 13th level, or houses that are not numbered 13.

Oh, and Hungarian people are stupid. I can be prejudiced too sony
