Haven't seen the stoppie on the bus to ledge grind thing, so I'd say it's new. To the other one, impossible imo.

Edit: Oh, I thought there were only 2 challenges, the ledge grind that's closer to the ramp is possible, not sure if it's old..I doubt the precision will be landed though. Good luck to anyone who tries.

Shit, hope this picture doesn't give people any ideas. I like the coach thing, it's definitely not impossible, you just have to tinker with how the PCJ works at that speed. You could always use the roof right behind it, and take less time on the run up.

About the challenges, the first "precision" landing is pretty easy, the second one looks cool, and the edgegrind is pretty cool too, but I won't try them cause I don't have Vice City installed
