Stop with the cliché "Vista is shit", I have a new pc too since 2-3 months with Vista on it. And if you had actually tried to lower the useless parts to remove everything that uses memory and removed programs being used without your will, you would discover that Vista isn't that much of a pc consumer.It sure takes a bit more than XP but it sure is nicer to use too.
The problem is your "exe" version is not 1.0 or you modfied this exe a lot of time. Give a new un-moded gta-vc.exe and try again.

Sorry for bumping this but I have a problem. I open VC Limit Adjuster and change everything like in the pic. Save it. Then close. Then re-open, and now everything is back to normal ?
