Not sure if this was posted but...

Is there any way to change the player from walking slow and turn it back into how it was originally in VC?

I only always tested on 3ghz dual 2 core full intel PC (motherboard cpu) 4gb ram and 2xasus 7950gt 512mb sli, so i really don't know whats the minimum config need to play whit out lag. But i know SOL need better PC then this mod.

If you just install the map for a vice city (whit out rc1) the player walking is the original.

If you have got RC2 use this file VCDist.exe (SAiVC dictonary). In game you press f6 and the drawdistance settings change to lower if you press f7 the drawdistance settings change to higer.
