So, since I got something like permission from admin, I'll organise it. It will be a bit different from Fugitive's one. Competitors will get photo/picture and objectives. Each round will have different type of objectives (example : 1st round is sig making, 2nd is special effects, et cetera.)

Competitors are split in groups (regions) and 1-3 people (depends on amount of competitors) are getting into next round. Also we'll have loser's rounds. But only 1 competitor from loser's round will get further. So I suggest not to lose.

I'll make a full list of rules and info bit later. You can submit questions via PM and I'll write FAQ.
Now signup is started. You must have at least 20 posts to participiate. Also I need 2 more judges. I'll decide if you are good to be a judge (that's for all noobs around here). Signup deadline : 30th of March.

No, I will give you pics and you edit them according to objective. You don't need camera. Join as competitor, you'll be great. Same to KS and GT-7. You're cool graphic guys, wanna see you both in action.
