Also there is this thing called “decent behaviour�, but I guess you’re too cool to be nice to someone.

It does indeed mean the same thing, though it gives the reader two complete different messages. "It's fun to see your vid, but it would be better if you improved on these parts" (first) or "It's no idea for you to even try, please don't even bother" (second).
