First off: both stunts were old... old as hell, so I'm not really impressed of each. Not it was the objective to make at least one full flip with a car. Maca did that, but DarkPhoenix did lots more, so my vote goes to him. I'm still disappointed of both entrys.

My vote: DarkPhoenix. (2 - 0 for him so far)

Yes dude, that's not allowed. You'll get another chance in the Loser Rounds, but make sure you are using stunts you made in the given timelimit.

Edit : couldn't you tell it earlier? I don't want to scroll all the discussion pages. You need to write rules of SASL.
