started my pc to check my ipod was charged this mourning and it was completely dead i plug it in and it won't charge i try the reset this it does nothing... its completely fucked.. anyone had this happen and fixed it somehow? ?

2nd problem.. msn starts and crashes when i that little .. news thing is trying to load.. any ideas?

That happened to me once when I installed linux on my ipod, but it was just a corrupt OS problem. If it still shows up on the computer as a drive, try formatting and restoring factory settings with itunes. If it's a battery or hard drive problem, it's pretty much dead.
