Been playing guitar for one year now, just learning Sweet Child O' Mine - GNR from different YouTube vids and tabs. Man, I love GNR.

Btw: Have you all seen that new guitar from Epiphone (www.epiphone.com)? It's the Slash Les Paul Goldtop, for a bit cheaper expensive price. Only 2000 will be made though and probably only in America so I can't get it.

(Shouldn't this be moved to music section?)

Okay does anyone know anything about this guitar: http://www.freetimeweb.nl/home/picture/sub.../epiphone_v.jpg

It's an epiphone by gibson from a long time ago...my brother gave it to me to care of, and it's like the one in the picture, except black and with a maple neck. Needs strings replaced and there's something wrong with the pickups I think. But other than that, we don't know much about the guitar. It was left outside his front door like 20 years ago and he just found it there. So if anyone can tell me anything about it, the price or something, anything would be nice.

Wow, nice guitar. Remainds me of old Kramers and Charvels. I will try to find something about it.

Gentlemen, I wrote a little...I guess parody/re-endition/2nd part to Eruption, I was trying to come up with good leads and stuff to test out my new mic and I added some delay to it on Audacity and this is how it came out.

I'm personally proud of it, even though I did fuck up in a couple of places, but I gotta say it sounds cool even though its basic as hell.

Its kinda funky bluesy since funk and blues were the first things I learned. lmfao, its because I straightened my hair   and I told someone in a thread that I used a cream to straighten it, and they were asking the name of it.

aye first learned the blues too. that was a nice lick there eric. got any tabs. was it played tapping? if you removed the .5second pauses itd be much better imo. i have finally mastered finger tapping. (i tried it on adn off its not very hard but requires alot of accuracy. And i'm taling 2-4 finger taping and even tapping with two fingers on two strings. i've seen it before. now thats hard.)

Yeah its mostly multi string tapping, I'm not all that good at it since I've really just been into it for like the past month or so, but I practice it every day.
