Actually you don't even need to turn the opposite way, it'll turn itself straight from the inertia.

Well, this is pretty much the basis of the whole grinding genre. Once you get this down you can start fiddling with different, harder methods of the grind. Doesn't make much sense if you're gonna go into a Corkscrew to grind from a roof while you can't even do the simplest forms of the grind.
