    Unreal, try http://ucoz.com It's the best free host in the world. And then make redirect on http://dot.tk  You will get awesome hosting and .TK domain for free.

    ive used ucoz before it is an amazing site but it isn't customizable enough for me and i need a host that can do ftp and my sql and stuff.

    You should try www.007ihost.com, they have up to 10 free mySQL databases, 700mb free space, 7gb free traffic, no ads, and PHP 4.0 support. Oh and they also have ftp access and a 99% uptime.

    not really sure yet. I was thinking about putting tutorials on there and things like that. but im not 100% sure yet.

    Wait a minute, I'll try it out with an 5mb big file.

    Oh, and as I tested they just let you upload: Pictures, HTML & PHP. Not even a .rar or .zip. But, for that you can use rapidshare or any other one-click hoster.
