IS LOW FPS

I know this because i play on a laptop and it really sucks with GTA SA, so when i saw firedragons stunt there, i went on GTA SA on my laptop, and went to that location, and i lagged the whole way through it, i know other people's computers are different but IMO it is NOT modded
