Well I tried clocking my system, but it didn't work out that well..
My specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo,Boxed, E6750, Socket 775
Samsung Spinpoint T166, 320 GB, 7200 RPM, 16 MB, SATA II x2
Seagate baracude, 320 gb, 7200 RPM x1
Seasonic S12II-500,500Watt, Retail
OCZ OCZ2SOE8002GK, 2048 MB, DDR2, PC6400, 800 MHz, x2
GigaByte GA-P35-DS4,Retail
XFX Geforce 8800 GTS,GDDR3, PCI Express x16, 320MB

Okay, I got in my Bios, and then I go to the cpu's multiplier, when I adjust it the first time, one step up, there was no result at all. Then when I put it another step up, I reboot and it reboots again quit faster after that, I go to my bios settings again, and all of it is automaticly restored... I will take some pics later, but does anyone know what the problem might be?

you mean your cpu's multiplier?

I'd say read a few tutorials and guides on oc'ing before randomly changing things in your bios

I wasn't randomly changing things, I asked boxXx and showed him some photos I took. He said that was the thing to mess with. I'll take some pics when I get home to make myself more clear.

You need to change the FSB Host Frequency I think

Okay that kinda worked, but my system became very unstable.. At first I runed Orthos at 2,80 ghz fine for 28 mins... But after I rebooted and put the FSB Host Frequency a bit more up, I got the blue windows screen pretty fast... Also when I put it up, Memory Frequency also goes up, I don't know if it's supposed to do that, maybe thats why it crashes?

Okay I'm pretty sure that my memory causes my crashing.. How do I lock my Memory Frequency? And do I have to set my mem clocks lower? If so how do I do that?

I got it to run stable at 3.28 now cause I set the multiplier on 2, so the mem freq wouldn't pass 800 too far...

why ask him when he doesn't have a PC to overclock with?

well since you have a locked multiplier, the only way you can overclock is increasing your FSB. You need to figure out how to do that first before you do anything. There should be an overclocking section in your BIOS, and just set it to "manual"

once thats done look around for some screens that show your fsb and ram speeds. then just increase the fsb in small increments and seeing if you can boot into windows. once you cant boot into windows anymore, your probably gonna have to increase your voltages, and you can do that by finding the section in your bios where you can adjust voltages.

use orthos to test for stability, and then use CoreTemp to make sure your temps arent too high. You dont wanna see your cores going over 60C under full load when running orthos, anything higher and you might need to buy a better heatsink

i dont have your motherboard, so i dont really know how to overclock on your board

EDIT: you should be able to do all of your overclocking through "Advanced BIOS Features"

oh and for memory overclocking, it SHOULD be in the same window as your fsb frequency screen, and for the timings youd have to go into the "chipset" options

I think I have to change the timings a bit.. Cause the website says it should run at 5-5-5-12 and mine is running at 5-6-6-16.. Right now I don't know how the voltage is, but I can get it up to 2,2 volts and keep my waranty.. So I'll check that out when I get home, or maybe install my old cpu fan first ( Zalman CNPS7700-Cu )..

yeah, go into your chipset options in advanced. there should be a section that says memory timing settings or something like that

then just change it to

5-5-5-12 2T
