video driver and card problem

i have the problem with capturing when i will record/capture a stunt it is very slow and my pc blocked,
i can only back to windows (Vista) what are the problems?
i have 265mb video card enough for vc and lc and sa but he do not play LC and SA on 1024x768x32
i have installed the last version of my video driver.............

Go into fraps, Slect the movies tab and check "No Sync".

265mb graphics card?  Try setting your FPS to 25 in fraps, then checking the no sync box like Blaze said .

^Try another version of fraps. Or, reinstall the gfx driver.
