make 2 sections, 1 for amd and 1 for intel because AMD times are always higher

thats not relieable
i ran it within 0.5 ms in linux cause its using the stack table
windows took 1 minutes and 1.9 seconds
with virtual memory and precaching and optimization i got to 0.89 seconds under WinXP Pro Debug
