But now i need to change the default borwser before i loose my mind. But i cant nowhere find the settings i could change it, i searched from Opera's settings and from Control Panel but didnt find it from anywhere. So thanks to that who can tell me where i can find it

No idea. You say you searched Control Panel. I wonder if you consulted the Opera or Microsoft support pages? These may help you.

* Select "File | Preferences" from the main menu in Opera.

    * Change to the "Default Application" tab.

    * Check the "Check if Opera is default browser on startup" option.

    * Click "OK".

    * Close all Opera windows (for best results, restart the system). Finally, restart Opera.

    * When the "Would you like to use Opera as your default application for viewing web pages?" prompt appears, click "Yes" to make Opera the default browser.

I don't get why you can't find what Venom told you. It seems easy enough to be found by anyone, maybe you're not searching enough and waiting for us to do all for you.
And I guess if you search Opera in google you will find many sites talking about it.

Heres reason 1: Theres nowhere preferenses, plus; didnt find anything from the tools's preferenses... But like they are the only preferenses in thw whole Opera

EDIT: Theres pic of the Tool's preferenses:
