not rly i dont think you need much distance well you do. But you just need a good distance and good height.

i have gotten 100sumthing distance and 70 height was kinda close.

This stunt is harder than I thought. I'll land it soon enough. I bailed 103 feet, but I didn't get too close to the building. Here's a rep of the closest I got so far.

EDIT: I got even closer, added a grind.
