Well I let you know on PGTA...so I'll let everyone here know...this is a great vid. The file size may put some off, but grab it - it's worth the download in my opinion. Knowing how limited SA stunting is, Buzzsaw has put in some great stuff with nice variety and good editing.

170 Mb!  Downloading now, I'll comment in about 2 hrs when it's finished.

Worth the download. Easy.:jawdrop:

Nice stunts and definately the cleanest vid quality i've seen yet, better than some of the pc vice city ones.

Good job!

What setup did you use for this vid? I want to get a new tv card soon and i wondered what you're using?

thanks duders.

comaboy, i have my PS2 hooked up to a Leadtek TV tuner card in my PC. the capture settings are set to "DVD quality" (mpeg2, variable bitrate, 720x480). this is a good card for the price (i paid $35 at newegg last spring), BUT... it has it's downsides. it has a lot of compatability issues with other programs, particulalry Nero and ULead. the problem is the Leadtek drivers. it used to be that any time i opened Nero or ULead the program would crash immediately. however lately it's been random and inconsistent. there is a way around this problem, albeit annoying, that seems to work. if WinFast (the Leadtek software) crashes or if any other programs crash, just reinstall the Leadtek drivers and it will work ok, at least for a little while. lately i've been lucky and the crashes have been happening much less often. i emailed Leadtek about the problem and they said it's Nero's fault, and Nero said it's Leadtek's fault. either way there doesn't seem to be any kind of permanent fix for the problem. i can't comment on the video capture quality of ATI cards but unless it's significantly less than that of Leadtek cards i'd recommend getting an ATI card since it doesn't have as many compatability issues. also, i think Windows XP SP2 fixes an ATI compatability issue.

Nice, my current card won't allow me to use anything other than it's own player, which only records 10 seconds at a time, and I can't use fraps with it.
