btw when I installed IE7 i wasn't able to use programs like steam, xfire or any programs that use the net like that... as soon as I unistalled everything was fine...

I run general installation and allowed it to update.
And every time i see an installation with google tool bar i choose not to install it.
System restore. i went back as far as i could.. but ill try one more time

i spended 50$ on getting my pc all repaired.
its all fine now, i installed mozilla right away, and this topic may be closed.
