I missed this topic yesterday, but anyway. Well said Omni   and yeah, some of my friends 360's have broken. Actually broken, no mistaking that red light crap. Also, another one of my friends sent his 360 back to MS, and well, lets just say, he is not going for the 360 anymore

they only break because people dont look after it, dont have it in small spaces, have the powerbox somewhere out of the way of the xbox and dont leave it on, and my xbox360 hasnt had any problems, only my gears of war is a bit fucked up now, but thats whats waranty is for

If you are dumb enough to break your xbox all you have to do is send it in to microsoft and they'll send you a new one.

But the thing is, they didn't send my friend a new one. He has now turned to PC gaming, not a console gamer anymore.

Apparently he didn't want another one. He told me he's only playing PC games, so maybe he changed to that before his 360 wasn't (really) fixed. I guess it sounds made up, but whatever...

thad be fat if they included some of the glitches they got during beta testing
That's what they did for the Collector's Edition of Halo 3 (I have it )

Anyway, there are extra features on the 360 version such as:
Multiplayer
Extra missions
Developer stuff
Etc.

EDIT: omfg I just bumped this topic soo far up, so sorry, didn't realise..
