Internet Explorer window problem
« on: June 26, 2007, 09:13:19 AM »
Once I made the window for IE very small, so it wouldn't be in the way when I was playing poker. I must've done something wrong though, cause every time I open IE since then it loads in this small window (see the picture below).

Is there anything I can do to make it normal again? Of course I can live with it, but it's annoying that I have to maximize the window all the time...

Click the bottom right and drag it to make it bigger...

Go to the start menu, right click on the IE shortcut there. Click properties. Click the shortcut tab. Down where it says"Run" you have 3 choices. Pick one and apply.

Thanks Neo, that fixed.

...but not completely. I use IE almost only for reading e-mails and when visiting some uploading/streaming sites (in all other occasions I use FF, P3HMIS). Though when reading the mail from the MSN link the window still open in that size. Guess I have to give up.

Btw, another question. Is it somehow possible to make the MSN link to e-mails open FF instead of IE?

It sounds like you need to change your default browser.

This should help: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Setting_Your_Default_Browser

Internet explorer is only good for one thing, downloading Firefox BUT if you are like me and have the firefox installation file saved then you will never need to use it!

Good luck
