Will this be stuntable?

That's a good question, let's analize this trailer, as from what I can see, this is realtime gameplay.

Not much to see really, but look at when the cop car crashes, it flys higher than it probably would in SA, also not on the subject of stunting, I noticed on signs stuff to 'Hoven Beach', there's Binco...... I seen something on the top of the bridge but I can't make it out, I seen a icon spinning by binco so obv there's clothing changes there, also noticed your probably always followed by the cops... hmmm, intruiging .
