And majorly hard lol. I'd find it easier just to bump off the wall back a bit, and grind it than what In Flames posted.

If we're looking at it from a skateboard, then 50-50 is a grind and a boardslide is a slide. The bike slides and let's say a car grinds, if it's straight on a fence or something. That's my sucky theory...

On topic: Seems hard and creative, I might give it a shot.

Yes it's possible, and it's more of a slide because it's a concrete incline and not a rail that used for grinding. I think I'll try what Iskanerrrr said some time.

I did a better bump 2 grind there and it was a challenge by Delirium 2-3years ago. So I'm content with mine.
