Try the obvious first. Unplug and replug, try moving their location, sometimes they pick up interferance from objects they are near.

Creative SBS260 Speakers,2, Ã‚Â£25, Ebay, TOTALLY Unopened. Had them for a few weeks, So they cant have blown O_O
