Not sure bout anyone else, but the TMS video (our last proper crew video for the fuckwits who aren't sure what I mean) just inspires me to stunt.

It doesn't guarantee success but it did make me open up VC and bust my balls trying to land anything. The music, the editing, the build-up to those more epic stunts - it's just magnificent. Kert, I know I was harking on bout editing it but no way would I have achieved that kind of atmosphere and mood in the video.

And finally, a belated Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to my fellow TMS-ers. Will we have any video releases during 2011? Don't wake me up if you plan to, I enjoy retirement lol.

Hey TMS, do you think it's weird that I get more nostalgic while watching your old vids than I get when watching those I've actually participated in myself? :hmm:

Not really...I feel same kinda way watching old ATS vids. Nostalgia feeling to me is when you watch vids you remember from earlier days on forum, not just vids participated in. It was very nostalgic about Interlocked - not just stunting for it but things behind-the-scenes to get it as much publicity as possible and stuff. Tack, being a TMS-er, kept us in the loop as well bout how it was going, and naturally we gots to see betas which rocked :P good times.

I get nostalgic thinking about Synergy. Brilliant collab from Buzz and gotups - wonder whatever happened to those two.

What's your favourite released stunt in a TMS crew vid (including collaborations between crews) that was not done by your self. VC and SA separately.

Hum hard to pick one; For SA I'd say either Kert's mtb wallride 2 precision from Chapter XXIII, that one was just so well found  :) or TD's AOA infernus bump to the farm building which is in my mind one of the most stylish stunts ever done.
For VC I'd choose Plethzorb's Techjam finisher, Tack's wallclimb or triple grind both from 12B, I just can't decide  :ninja:.

SA I don't strictly care about too much, but I remember a big deal being made about a cork to grind in an SA vid, think it was As One collab with the XSA crew. Was it turd who was responsible for it? Sadness also had a sweet wallride stunt in an SA vid that people busted a nut about.

VC, which I do obviously care about, is a much more difficult decision. m3rrix's lighthouse wallride, which he admits wasn't overly difficult (and was even more baffled that it won stunt of the year) was still a pretty epic-looking stunt, but there's so many damn alternatives - it will mainly be between Plethzorb, Tackleberry, Kert and Brainkiller. The last few stunts of Techjam were just insane, and the end of the last TMS vid as well it just kept getting better and better. I genuinely cannot pick a stand-out stunt - bless this crew and how awesome it is.

For creativity, Kert would win - hard to pick a stand-out but that TMS vid had loads of it and that rhino stunt was so damn sexy. For the big air, Brainkiller rocks, he nails some amazing stunts and he's also creative at times but he ain't happy if he ain't grinding his arse against the road for more speed. That LC stadium grind in the TMS vid he did was really sweet, looked so damn smooth. Tack's also had some of my favourite stunting moments, especially the stuff he does in cabs, 12B was a big video for him IMO. Plethzorb stole my p2b2stoppie2grind - but he deserved it as he's a hard-working stunter, very creative, Bamboocha was a good vid for him with a nice finisher.

Seriously, I cannot pick one.

For the one-year anniversary video I made a vid for it, a 2-parter, which wasn't too bad IMO despite it being done in WMM lol.

For a best-of totally-TMS video, it'd be best if someone had ALL the reps available, for both SA and VC, and that is a lot more difficult than it would first appear. First of all, Tack - who edited a lot of vids for us - is kinda busy with real life, enjoying all its glorious stuff. The early vids as well, the earliest of them all - the Boys are Back in Town - it was edited with people sending their video clips of their stunts to me, rather than me recording their reps...but those stunts absolutely sucked anyway, and my standard of stunts has yet to rise above what I had in that piece of garbage.

But looking past that, there is other vids - Altitude, TMS' first SA crew video, was pretty fucking sweet despite it being done a lot on PS2! Simple editing but some very nice stunts. Do the stunters responsible still have the raw clips from their efforts? The editor - wite gangsta - is unavailable, I wonder if his little itty bitty testicles have dropped yet, so he can't contribute if he had all the stuff saved unless he suddenly comes back. I, who edited Lights Out, still have all the reps from it and some player skins won't be too tough to get a hang off probably. Aftershock was Tack's gig, then I did Exhiliration (again I got all the stuff saved from it), and As One was edited by Omni, who lives in Engerlund and has apparently met Aries.

I could go on and on - there would be many difficulties though making a best-of TMS vid. Getting the reps together, deciding which reps to use, from which vids, whether it's one vid or two etc. I say just download every single one of them, and watch them all over and over again.

Also I just have to point out Tackleberry's pizzaboy grind in Fracture, at 1:54... seriously one of the best pizzaboy/faggio stunts ever made, for me  :ajaja:

Agreed there - bit of a late bloomer with the pizzaboys but he sure took to them!

Speaking of grinds - after something like 5 and a half years of stunting, I finally did my first ever krail to grind the other day. It was a very proud moment for me. Sure, it was one of the oldest grinding spots known to any stunter - that water gap next to Washington PD in Vice City - and I've done it before normally, and corked it two different directions also, but I've never ever krailed to grinded before. I've done stoppie to grinds, BSM to grinds, double rhino flips to grinds, grind to grinds, taxi grinds, bump to grinds, random crash to grinds - but never a krail to grind.

Do any other TMS-ers have any type of stunts they've never accomplished as of yet?

Actually you did m3rrix. I do remember one from you in Step up.

What's your favourite released stunt in a TMS crew vid (including collaborations between crews) that was not done by your self. VC and SA separately.

Damn hard to pick one. I do remember Krem's opener in As One shocked me, same goes for his fcr pbm to krail to grind in TimeCrash even if it was a XSA video back in the days (this video was kinda the first great I watched so it's special to me).

About VC, I know I used to love tack's cork to grind to AG in Bamboosha, same goes firt his reversed wallclimb in 12B.

Hard to pick only one really, I can think of many stunts that blew my mind made my TD, Kert explo...

EDIT : I do remember I gave tack the idea about that sparrow's bump to get on a rail. He did an awesome stunt out of it.

Do any other TMS-ers have any type of stunts they've never accomplished as of yet?

I can't think about a type of stunts I've never done yet. But there are places I've always wanted to land but couldn't like the LS Stadium, or a Crane and some other stuff.

I feel like I haven't land a lot of nice stunt in VC either.
