I would definitely change the layout of the map. It's all just flat, barely any hills. I would make it as hilly as san anreas So we can do master combo's.

I'd make the land more accessible from the water (Squallo stunting can only go so far )

Also, I'd like to see the land size doubled with a wide variety of buildings and rails that make sense city wise, but also provides stunting opportunities
