Have you guys ever thought of getting all your replays together and making a 'best of ATS' video? I'd love to see that, and I think I'm not the only one :D

I like skateboarding but I don't do it anymore. I do still snowboard though.

:hmm: The Chronology series Kan did was kinda like a best of using old clips but refilming the old replays could make for an interesting vid.

mehmet - since you quoted me, I assume you're also asking me. I'm semi-retired - if I land a stunt when I open up VC once in a while, then woohoo.

Most in ATS also seem to be in the same boat - rarely opening up VC but perhaps occassionally giving it a bash to see if they land something (going by the answers to an earlier question of activity I asked in here). I'm of the persuasion that nobody ever really quits stunting - as long as it's still installed on a person's PC, they'll still fire open the game now and then and optimistically hope they'll finally nail that tricky stunt they had an eye on.

What is your most enjoyable year in stunting? (2004? or earlier)

When RPM came out and before then.

I used to chat with Decan every now and then so when he released his video I instantly started trying stunts and stuff. I was always into discovering things and such and back then stunting was all about discovering things.

When I was asked to guest with ATS (in RPM) I knew I couldn't keep up with these guys. i hadn't stunted seriously in quite a while (had quit when I was told my previous video (madmax's sick stunt video) was "too good" for it not to have cheated and got flamed by the old stunting community. and so I decided that I had to bring something new to the table and pizzaboy stunting was born. Stoppie airgrabs and bumps hadn't really been done with faggios/pizzaboys yet. Those years were the best because it was still possible to bring something new to the table with just a little thinking outside of the box.
Today, believe it or not there is still stuff that hasn't been done. New stunts, ideas, techniques but they are intricate. Way too far outside of the box and they are hard. As far as i know stoppie double AIRgrab has only been in a video twice and both times was by me. The technique is repeatable but not exactly easy and the spots for it are rare.

I've got a few things up my sleeve but if I release them depends. If it takes 20-30 hours of trying to just to determine that it is indeed possible....it might be a possible yet "impossible" stunt as in, its possible but no ones ever gonna do it.

Either way, im off topic. It was more fun rpm and pre rpm (except for the little bit I fell out of the loop because I got tons of hate) because there was a lot of discovery and it wasn't hard to discover, it just took a little effort.
