Is it possible script the movements so good that it would look realistic, as in real person behaviour and all. I mean if you look at SA, the first mission when CJ gets to his house the first time, where he looks around and Bigsmoke comes and tries to hit him and all, is it possible to script something that realistic looking movements and all? Or that ain't scripting at all lol? I'm talking about both of the games, VC and SA.
Please don't mind my low knowledge of these stuff lol, I know, it's embaressing.
That is more to do with the animation files and modelling structure. At least I think so anyway. Am I right ATS?

The animations in the cut-scenes are separate from anything in-game and are typically played out in one sequence. In-game animations are all smaller and are often played out bit by bit. A lot more time and effort was spent on motion-capture for the cut-scenes...so they always tend to look a lot better.

To answer the question...scripting movements in SA or VC will never look that good unless you were happy to use the animations in a cut-scene.

Hmm.. do you think that you are "father" of stunting? In fact, Smackdown made stunting muuch more popular than before.

@Knap: How do you feel about joining a crew that is pretty much inactive and so are most members.
It's great, yes I was aware of that, Kan and Neo kept going on about that they were inactive and everything but I'm cool with it. I see them online a bit so it's cool.

It's not like you can't do stuff for collabs or whatever in the mean time anyway

So Ray, did you ever think you would actually be in this position or was it like a pipe dream for you?

Nah, I never imagined that I would be in ATS, always was a dream. Now I'm in. Explain what a pipe dream is?

I highly doubt that. I'd say that I've had more inspiration than I've given.

A pipe dream is like one you have and really hope would come true but you know (or at least think) that realistically it won't happen.

And I have to disagree with you there kan, you're the reason I started doing precisions  I saw that LC one to the sign in Trial By Fire and just loved how it looked and everything went from there.

Well there's tonnes of people who inspired me - to start, to keep going, to try new stuff. I'm still inspired now by what others are doing. I don't know that anyone could claim the title of 'father' of stunting. We all push each other to go further.

I wouldn't say your the father, as there are different people who inspire different crowds, its opinion. You are looked up to an awful lot though, but a lot of people

. I know what you mean though, just because your so highly looked up to doesnt mean other people dont inspire you, even if they think 'they arent as great at the holy kaneda'

To be honest I don't know that I'll even bother venturing into it. Firstly, I'd need a new PC and I don't know that I wanna outlay that kind of cash just to do GTAIV vids. I'm more interested in the potential for themed stuff in GTAIV, so I'll wait and see what the modders manage to conjure up and then maybe I'll be more eager.
