I wasn't really interested in music when I was a child, I only realized later what I missed Rock/Metal music is the first I really experienced besides what's aired on the radio, and is still the main kind of music I listen to

I used to listen to some disco/pop stuff, also some rap too. Then a friend of mine lent me a 2003 Linkin Park CD and I loved it after first listen...god bless him for that

Whatever my parents listened to I guess The first CD I got that I wanted for myself was something with Scorpions, started listening to a lot of hard rock after that.

Now I can listen to pretty much everything, got some old stuff (Battlefield Vietnam soundtrack ftw), Techno, DnB, Trance, classical music, jazz, hiphop, RnB, rap (not a lot of it though), metal, hard rock, rock etc. Variety is the spice of life and all that
